Really interesting. I have to read more on this study. But it brings up some interesting points. First, Red Meat is unfairly demonized from a “healthy food choice” perspective. Second, it’s likely the common feed lot practices of the large corporate meat producers that we need to blame not the meat itself. Grass fed pastured animals are healthy animals and thus provide healthy meals! Read on, courtesy of the Weston A. Price foundation.

  1. Great post, and I agree. Almost every health study done on red meat has been with factory farmed beef. We eat only high quality meat products at our house, and we have never been in better health. I’m a big WAPF fan.

      I’m so glad you agree! Sometimes I feel like an alien in my community. So many people readily accept the unhealthy easy choices given to us instead of finding for ourselves what we really need. I’m viewed as some over the top health but.
